Hi, I’m Tonny!

Tonny Meng-Lun Kuo is a Ph.D candidate specializing in service marketing and management at Institute of Service Science, College of Technology Management of National Tsing Hua University (NTHU), Taiwan. Currently, he is visiting fellow at Center for Social Network Research (CSNR), School of Social Sciences, Tsinghua University, China. He is also a research assistant at NTHU. He received his MA in learning sciences and BA in TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) at National Tsing Hua Univ. in 2016 and 2014 respectively. Before joining in Service Science program, he was trained as a learning scientist with a focus on psychology, technology, and interaction design. He enjoys applying techniques and methods such as predictive analytics, structural equation modeling, randomized field experiments to identify, discover, and explain emerging service and organizational issues. His research interests include learning in organization, management of service organizations, design of smart/technology-enabled service, and online communities.

郭孟倫是國立清華大學科技管理學院服務科學研究所博士候選人,主修服務行銷與管理。他目前是北京清華大學社會網絡研究中心的訪學研究員。他同時擔任國立清華大學的研究助理。他分別在2016年、2014年取得清華大學學習科學研究所碩士、英語教學學士學位。加入服科所前,他被訓練為學習科學家,專注在心理、科技、與互動設計。他喜歡應用方法與技巧(如:大數據預測分析、結構方程式、場域隨機實驗)發現、辨別、解釋新興的服務及組織議題。他目前的研究興趣包括組織學習、服務組織管理、數位商務與線上社群、智能/科技化服務設計。
