Hi, I’m Tonny!

Tonny Meng-Lun Kuo is a Ph.D student specializing in business analytics, service design  and management at Institute of Service Science of National Tsing Hua University (NTHU), Taiwan. He is also a research and teaching assistant at NTHU. He received his MA in learning sciences and BA in TESOL (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages) at National Tsing Hua Univ. in 2016 and 2014 respectively. Before joining in Service Science program, he was trained as a learning scientist with a focus on psychology, technology design, and interaction design. He enjoys applying various techniques and methods such as predictive analytics, structural equation modeling (surveys), randomized field experiments to identify, discover, and explain emerging service, organizational and educational issues. Recently enlightened by positive psychology, he is interested in the integration of positive concepts (trait, emotion, and institutions) and smart and technology-enabled service for value co-creation. His research interests include smart/technology-enabled service, service design and management, online communities, and educational service.

郭孟倫是國立清華大學服務科學研究所博士生,主修商業分析、服務設計與管理。他同時擔任臺灣科技部研究助理以及清華大學教學助理。他分別在2016年、2014年取得清華大學學習科學研究所碩士、英語教學學士學位。加入服科所前,他被訓練為學習科學家,專注在心理學、科技設計、互動設計等專業。他喜歡應用不同方法與技巧(如:大數據預測分析、結構方程式、場域隨機實驗)發現、辨別、解釋新興的服務、組織與教育議題。近期受到正向心理學的啟發,他對正向概念(特質、情緒、習俗)結合智能/科技化服務以促進價值共創深感興趣。他目前的研究興趣包括智能/科技化服務、服務設計與管理、線上社群與教育服務。
